1. complete packing lists for shipping.

2. complete all orders for shipment.

3. write-up bills-of-lading.

4. call trucks and outside vendors (plating).

5. follow-up on plating orders and trucks.

6. load all shipments.

7. receive all shipments.

8. keep stock room and shipping room organized and neat.

9. make sure shipments are shipped on time.

10. record production parts on inventory and record steel used.

note: all floor and shipping and receiving personnel should be familiar with operating the mule in case of sickness or vacation.
