Press Releases must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, slanderous or libelous. Press Releases must not contain or be confusingly similar to any third party product names, brand names or trademarks. BriefingWire reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any press releases and/or disable any account for any reason.
Do not Spam this site. You know what it is. Don't do it. Otherwise your account, and all that spam, will be deleted.
You can remove any press release that you published by logging in and navigating to My Dashboard > My Briefings and clicking the Delete icon next to the press release you wish to delete.
If you hired a company to submit press releases on your behalf you can ask that company to login and delete your press releases as described above. If that company is unresponsive we can
do this for you. You will need to provide proof that you are the person or work for the company represented in the press release. An email from someone@your-company.com will suffice. Other
methods of proof are acceptable. There is a $30 per press release charge to cover the cost of processing this request. Email support@briefingwire.com to initiate this request.
You may not use, in any way, any items considered to be intellectual property including but not limited to any trademarks, servicemarks, design, or images without the express written consent of BriefingWire.
