(TMI) will host “Giving Life by Giving Hope” - a fun-filled and educational community event to raise awareness of Sickle Cell Disease on Saturday November 15, 2014 at The Automobile Building inside of Fair Park located at 1010 1st Av, Dallas, TX 75210 from 10 a.m. - 8p.m.TMI is a leading motorcycle accessory company committed to providing “Quality over Quantity” when it comes to their products and is equally as committed to its dedication to the community. “We are excited to host our inaugural charity event in the city of Dallas to benefit SCD,” says President/CEO of Throttle Monsters, Inc. Daryl Jackson. “Our purpose is to provide an educational community event on preventive care and partner with an organization making great strides in the Sickle Cell community.”
Through the course of the day, the charity event will present SCD informational sessions, a blood & bone marrow drive sponsored by Lifestream, and a specialty motorcycle bike ride in support of spreading SCD awareness throughout the city called SCAR (Sickle Cell Awareness Ride) plus a debut performance by ARRAY.
Families will enjoy a variety of activities for all ages including live entertainment by local artist, arts and crafts, car and motorcycle displays, an exciting Kid's Zone, contests and prizes, sponsor giveaways, as well as special celebrity guests to help share in all the excitement.
