GB2GB's founder, 80 year old semi-retired gardener Terry George from Kent has now summarised the result of his campaign for fair and unbiased news reporting in the UK. As a result of his own self-funded, non-paid research he has produced the conclusion of that research in the message below.1/. Damaging Results of the Research:
Despite these public findings from 2023 onwards, no major media organisation, regulator, or government body has issued any known printed response, rebuttal, or acknowledgement initially by the Conservative government, and now from the Labour government.
2/. Now, with around 90% domination of all printed and digital newspaper titles owned by just 3 powerful Multi-Billionaire owners, the media is at odds to the principle of fair and unbiased political news reporting - who some argue has now evolved in simply political views papers with all the bias that comes with legalised self-managing journalists, their editors, and their owners dominating what British people read every single day.
3/. And not to be left out, even the TV news channels have joined in the race of repeating whatever those 3 bodies of 'viewspapers' print by repeating it several times a day, exploding the reach of printed media to create even more exposure. All exclusively accepted as 'the news' by a brainwashed audience.
**Just what did the politicians think would happen with all this dominance and control over public news**
Terry George says "I didn’t build this campaign because I’m powerful. I built it because I’m not — and because the people who are powerful have shaped the news in this country for their own benefit, not yours.
Three billionaire-owned media empires dominate the story of Britain. They decide the headlines. They decide the fear. They decide the arguments. They decide what the country believes about itself.

And I’ve spent months trying to balance that with nothing but facts, clarity, and a belief that ordinary people deserve better.
But I’m one man. They are multi-billionaires. And there’s only one honest conclusion:
If money is the force that created this imbalance, then only money — public money, shared money, the money of people who care about Britain — can correct it.
There were 16 million people who did not vote for division and hatred in the last election, in order to continue myself I would require some funding for all the costs in increasing the awareness to the public of this dire position, and hope that they can help me to do that financially with my crowdfunding campaign.
However I realised what is needed is actually some direct input from just a few of the dozens of multi-billionaires and millions of millionaires in this country who are prepared to also show, with all these revelation's, that they not only can - but will help restore the imbalance in democracy.
I’m asking for support from all groups, who genuinely care about the 'whole' nation to step forward and help build a media voice that serves the public - instead of just the powerful and wealthy.
To date, I alone have funded this campaign all by myself by creating GB2GB but could never beat the power that promotes hatred in British media .Only British decency can do that.
