Our Yoga Studio Services in Bristol
Yoga Classes
We offer a variety of classes 7 days a week, ranging from a 60-minute yoga class to an hour and a half. Each of our classes is taken by one of our qualified and experienced yoga instructors and each class will support you to improve your posture, flexibility, strength, balance, well-being and mindfulness.
We have separate changing rooms, showers and towel hire if you need it. We have 2 main rooms used for our yoga classes and our hot yoga studio offers 8 different styles of Hot Yoga across the week to suit your needs and preference.
What you will need for your Yoga Class
You will need an open mind, comfortable clothing that you are able to stretch and move in, a towel and a yoga mat which we sell in the studio if you need one.

Types of Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and fast-paced style of yoga for a full-body workout that links breath and movement. Ideal for those who want to work up a sweat and burn calories.
Hatha Yoga
A classic and gentle class which incorporates a style of yoga that focuses on alignment and breathing. Ideal for those who want to build a solid foundation and learn the basics of yoga.
Yin Yoga
A slow and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues and joints. Ideal for those who want to release tension and stress in a gentle yoga class.
Hot Yoga
A challenging and invigorating style of yoga that is practised in a heated room between 30 – 42°C (depending on class style). It is ideal for those who want to detoxify and cleanse their body and mind. Hot Yoga allows you to burn more calories, achieve deeper stretches and increase your body strength more quickly.
Pilates
A low-impact and core strength-focused exercise that improves posture, stability, and flexibility. Ideal for those who want to tone their muscles and prevent injuries.
Pregnancy Yoga
We offer pregnancy and post-pregnancy yoga classes which are a form of restful yoga in a relaxing space using a range of yoga techniques suitable for pre-natal and postpartum pregnancy.
