(Houston, Texas) – Texas schools in general rank 42nd in the nation and American schools 48th in the world, with China ranking #1. At issue is boards pushing cultural agendas that have nothing to do with excellence in curriculum and preserving American values.

While many parents are away at work, the social justice indoctrination, which many former and employed teachers do not agree with, is being implemented. Dr. Horner is a Conservative Republican and U.S. Navy Combat Veteran who served at multiple duty stations, most notably aboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70), first battlegroup to strike after 9/11 in Afghanistan. Her awards include: Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Meritorious Unit Commendation (2), Battle Efficiency Ribbon, Navy Good Conduct Medal, Naval Reserve Meritorious Service Medal, National Defense Medal, Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sea Service Ribbon, Naval Rifle Sharpshooter Ribbon, and Naval Pistol Marksman Ribbon. Of note to Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard Veterans: she is a member the Ancient Order of the Deep "Trusty Shellback" for crossing the Equator and Domain of the Golden Dragon for crossing the International Dateline.
