The Republic of Judan Government-in-Exile, officially known as the Fourth International Security Council, asserts its sovereignty over 1,613 square kilometers of unclaimed territory in Bir Tawil, Africa.The Council bases its claim on biblical, historical, and right of return to the land, in addition to rights under international law.
The government-in-exile is committed to providing human rights to all individuals, regardless of gender, faith, or nationality, in its pursuit of establishing a just and inclusive society.
Fourth International is the successor of Communist International (Comintern), also known as Third International, which was an international organization founded in 1919, founded by Grigory Zinoviev and Vladimir Lenin, the group advocated for world communism, which was led and controlled by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Joseph Stalin dissolved the Third International in 1943.
Fourth International is led by descendants of one of the founders of Third International, and has taken the decision to rename the organization and consolidate under the ideology of zionism and under the sovereignty of the Republic of Judan in Bir Tawil, Africa.
The government-in-exile points out international law, the political existence of the state is independent of recognition by the other states. Even before recognition the state has the right to defend its integrity and independence, to provide for its conservation and prosperity, and consequently to organize itself as it sees fit, to legislate upon its interests, administer its services, and to define its jurisdiction and competence of its courts. The exercise of these rights has no other limitation than the exercise of the rights of other states according to international law.
