Sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland, they have been shortlisted in the ‘Less than £25k investment’ category, following a nationwide survey conducted by franchise benchmarking experts Smith and Henderson.Claire Bennett, founder of Music Bugs, said, ‘Our franchisees were invited to complete an anonymous Franchise Satisfaction survey and rate their experience across a number of categories, resulting in a 97% overall satisfaction rate for the business. We are extremely proud to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award and this is wonderful recognition for the whole team’. Music Bugs will present to a judging panel alongside two other shortlisted candidates on the 17th November 2015. The winner will be announced at 'The Best Franchise Conference' in Milton Keynes on the 26th November 2015.
