Meet Ralitsa Ruseva-Shkenderova – Training Project Coordinator at SAS

Ralitsa joined the Sofema team in December 2021. She currently works as a Training Project Coordinator.

1. What inspired you to become a Training Project Coordinator?

Juggling at work is my specialty. Being able to support clients in their journey through the best training choice and helping them get the best experience in accordance with their training needs makes me satisfied.

2. Can you describe your job in three words?

Diverse, challenging, worthy.

3. What is the best aspect about being a part of the Sofema Team?

Our team consists of professionals, well-educated, and continuously trying to improve both professionally and personally colleagues.

4. Which skills have you developed while working at Sofema?

Professionalism and effective communication.

5. If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?

“To the Moon and Further.” – Because I never stop exploring.

6. Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?

If I outspeak it then it won’t be hidden anymore, isn’t it?
