Jim Schramm, owner of Bosch Media, and Joseph James Films LLC have announced the date for the limited nationwide theatrical release of "The Freemason" starring Sean Astin, (Lord of the Rings, Goonies, Rudy)In the movie, Sean Astin plays a homicide detective who must solve a murder case that takes place in a Masonic Temple. During his investigation, he discovers a mysterious world of secrecy, money, power and a history that goes back over one thousand years. Executive Producers Joseph James and Sean Astin along with several Masonic experts helped to ensure that the film is as authentic as possible regarding the symbols, initiations and that the members are portrayed as fairly as possible. The film also stars Randy Wayne, Alex McKenna, Richard Dutcher and Joseph James. The film will be released in select theaters across the country on Feb. 7th.
