This collaboration is set to bring high-quality, locally driven productions to major streaming platforms worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will operate on a 50/50 basis for Africa-based productions initiated by Inyani Corporation. This partnership aims to leverage Cule Studios’ extensive industry connections, ensuring a global audience for Africa’s burgeoning film industry.

“Inyani Corporation is committed to producing compelling stories that reflect the richness and diversity of Africa,” said Michael K. Fisher, CEO of Inyani Corporation. By partnering with Cule Studios, we are not only expanding our presence in the region but also strengthening the pipeline for African narratives to reach global audiences, as well as bringing global narratives to African audiences.

Cule Studios’ Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Viwe Mfaku, echoed the sentiment: “This partnership represents a significant milestone for African cinema. Prior to that, Mfaku also served as Creative Director for Africa at Prime Video, where he played a crucial role in developing and executing strategic campaigns that expanded the platform’s reach on the continent. Additionally, Viwe Mfaku will personally oversee Inyani’s interests in Africa, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment.
