Harold Davis states, "Since there are photographers who can't afford the full tuition to my workshops, and to give back to the community of photographers who have given so much to us, we have started a scholarship program. We will be offering one full tuition scholarship and one partial scholarship to each of the workshops we offer."This is an innovative program, aimed at broadening the demographic of access to advanced photography instruction.
