What is the aim of the training?
The course aims to give the delegates the ability to explain the key elements that are required to organize the organisations’ Compliance Audit and Safety Management System (SMS), to fully engage with the process of Root Cause Analysis, and to understand the regulations which deliver the Quality Audit & SMA Requirements. After completing the training the students will gain an understanding of the meaning of “Top Down” SMS, and the methodology used to mitigate or control the potential safety threats.

Dobrica Vincic is a graduate of Aeronautical Engineering at Belgrade University with over 35 years of working experience. He started his career in the aviation industry in 1990. Over the years, Dobrica has gained experience in aircraft maintenance program engineering, airworthiness and maintenance planning activities, acceptance and (re)delivery of leased aircraft, line base engineering, supervising airworthiness, MRO managing & more. With his background in airworthiness, design, regulatory, and safety oversight, investigation in aircraft maintenance environment, Dobrica is spreading his knowledge among delegates from all over the world by delivering high-quality aviation training courses on behalf of Sofema.
