What was the training about?
The aim of this course is to give the delegates the ability to explain the organisation SMS methodology related to Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation. They will gain an understanding of the mechanism whereby the Senior Managers can demonstrate effective oversight and management of its risks. The students will learn to mitigate or control the potential “safety threats”.

Get to know the instructor
Aleksandr Rudnev is an aviation professional with over 12 years of experience in the field. Currently he is an auditor in the Quality Department of the EASA Part-145 approved Baltic Maintenance. Since 2015, Rudnev has been sharing his industry knowledge as an Instructor for FL Technics, covering subjects like Train the Trainer, Human Factors and EASA Safety Management System (SMS) Requirements.
