He has been Accountable Manager for the Albanian Airlines & a key member Of Negotiation team of Government of Albania for The concession of Tirana Airport. He is a Certified Aviation Auditor Safety & Quality Assurance, Integrated Management Systems with experience as ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor, Change Management & Lean Management.

EASA issued AMC 20-20 to provide guidance to type - certificate holders, STC holders, repair approval holders, maintenance organisations, operators & competent authorities related to:
Developing a continuing structural integrity programme to ensure safe operation of ageing aircraft throughout their operational life
Including provision to preclude Widespread Fatigue Damage.
The course is focused on large aircrafts, typically operated by Air Carriers.
