The RotoMetrics cylinder accepts flexible dyes up to 12 inches in length, allowing for fast, accurate die cutting of any shape including perforations, while enabling the DLP-2000 to remain compatible with existing RotoMetrics dies. Further, Afinia’s DLP-2000 allows users to digitally print labels on continuous label stock by way of the Memjet printer, while also enabling them to laminate printed labels, remove the matrix, slit labels and rewind onto individual rolls for specific applications.
