They have purchased a new Okuma 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center, model MU-5000V, and a new Mitsubishi wire EDM machine, model MV1200-R Advanced.The Okuma 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center is a user-friendly machine that offers a large machining capacity and easy operations, allowing companies to quickly and easily increase their output. The high accuracy lasts for the long term for the best results. Twin City EDM handles many precise processes and needed to be able to increase their productivity. The use of this machine will provide them with the advantages they’ve been looking for.
In addition to the Okuma machine, they have also purchased a Mitsubishi wire EDM machine. This new machine combines the controls from the previous M700 series with an innovative touchscreen that allows for the ultimate in control. The improved features will make work more efficient for the employees at Twin City EDM.
