La Harba, CA, February 10 /ProjectManager/ --Project Manager solved the long time issue between project prioritization. To some, it is better to prioritize small projects since it is easier, to some, it’s the other way around. Project Manager solved it in a different way, which has astounded many professionals.People in business have different strategies when it comes to project management; some say that it is better to complete the small ones then the larger, to save time. Others say that bigger projects should go first for better team availability and to solve possibilities of procrastination.

Jennifer Whitt – Bridges, Director of Project Management, stood in between those lines and cleared out the cloudy room brawl that’s been going on for generations. What really is the point of their debate? Why should one project differ from another? “Complexity, the complexity between small and large varies and sometimes we have in our mind that is a small is simple and a large is complex. But that’s not really true, based on my experience. Sometimes the small projects could be more complex, because it could be, depending upon what you’re doing, it could be something that’s never been implemented before.” Whitt – Bridges said.
On a 6:25 minute you tube video for Project Manger’s whiteboard session, Jennifer Whitt Bridges stated that no matter how big the project is or how many people are required to complete it, huge budgets included; if it is something that has been done repeatedly where most of the people working for it has been executing the same things that’s become mature to them, even if this project is something that’s complex, but the project manager’s team is used to it, It could be something considered as simple, rather than complex.
Whitt – Bridges said that all projects should be considered the same since they all are assets to a company. It just requires a conditioned state of mind for a project manager to see these as equal.
