Our Policies & Cancellation fee schedule;
Cancellation fees are 17% minimum and up to 100% of rental total. The longer a reservation is in place, and the closer the cancellation request is to the reservation date and times, the higher the cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation pick up time are a 100% cancellation fee. Management can, at their discretion, on a case by case basis, reduce or even eliminate cancellation fees when client postpones instead of cancelling their reservation. Company is Not responsible for lost items or consequential damages. Smoking in the vehicles, bringing Jell-O shots aboard and/or vomiting is strictly prohibited and can result in fines & clean-up fees of $250 & up.
